I have spent the better part of an hour trying to find a topic on this, so maybe I'm a took and missed it or it is so buried it is pathetic. Any how, I was wonding how I would go about ZIPing up my most used apps into a package so it would be included in system apps (and not eat that every important file space). Any help would be appreciated. Also if it gets to complicated (was barely able to root and flash a rom), just let me know to give up on the idea !!

Kind of complicated. Need to run a script on a Linux machine. Er at least that's the way I know of. Google "android development" and get ready to READ!! And good luck!

The SystemApp Remover apk has a new version that can move regular apps into the system apps.

You'll have to learn either Edify or Amend (can't remember what it is that most recoveries support nowadays) and then create an updater-script that will extract the APKs into /system/app and set permissions.

It's quite simple once you get the hang of it. I know my answer is a little vague, but just Google "how to create an Android update.zip" :)
