I was using my phone's screen to find my way in the dark and i ended up holding my phone in front of our cold air humidifier for a few seconds. Would that be enough for moisture to enter the phone and cause damage?
Water on the screen or backside wont harm it unless water goes straight into the ports then 50 50 chance there will be an issue

You should download a flashlight app. It'll activate your camera flash so you can see that way. Your phone would also be less exposed to taking in moisture. Not to mention it would also be brighter.
