How would I download an OS onto my tablet?

I have a Samsung Tab 2. Model GT-P3113TS. I am a complete ding-bat and when factory resetting it, or wiping it, I deleted the OS. Completely. I am hoping to find a place to download an OS (I believe it was Android 4.4 Kitkat...but was originally 4.0.3). But basically, I don't know what to do.
