HP computer game question

if i purchased a game off of steam would I be able to play that game on it. for computer

I believe the Steam app on mobile devices is just for browsing the Steam Store and interacting with your friends. I don't believe Steam sells any games for Android at this time.

Yeah, I bought Dead Secret back in July for PC, and the only thing it gave me was a link to DL something compatible with Gear VR, no android.
