HTC 10 for Sprint

So I placed my order last night at approximately 1:47 am after it finally posted to the HTC website and I could compare all my options and make sure HTC didn't have any other colors online. Received my confirmation email shortly thereafter. I opted for the in store pickup with Easy Pay which reduced my price of the phone to $504 and payments of $26. Happy with the confirmation that I had order my unit and had an appointment after work to pick it up I carried out my day without a worry. Four o'clock PM and I get permission from my boss to leave a little bit early to go pick up my phone. I got to the Sprint Store at my designated appointment time only to be told they had sold all their units by 11:30 AM first come first served.

30 minutes of trying to have the Sprint Rep find a solution to no avail, a call to websales a 10 mile drive to an alternate store and and a tweet to Sprint Care. The incredibly helpful websales rep was able to locate me a phone very close to my house with an affiliate store who agreed to hold the phone until tomorrow morning. That particular store was luckily fairly close and I was able to pick it up tonight.

I wish my transaction was as smooth as yours. My ended up being complicated because of me paying off my old lease and ordering a new phone. It was like I threw them a curve ball and no one knew how to deal with that. They are making me wait until I get the return kit before I can order the HTC 10, so I will be getting mine much later than other Sprint customers.

Are you sure you're getting yours for $504? $26 a month for 24 months is $624.

I think he just got a little confused. It is $624, but with the current $120 off promo Sprint has it is only $504, or $21 a month.

Also, you can just go into the Sprint store and pay off that lease. At that point you have no phone but you can order the 10 online, get the sweet discount, then pick it up immediately in the store (though they'll tell you it won't be ready for an hour, talk to the folks there when you're paying off the lease and let them know your plan). Obviously this is all predicated on your local store having the 10 in stock.

I tried 3 Sprint stores around here and none of them had the phone in stock and they didn't have a clue when they would have them in stock. I want to keep my current phone until I have a new one, so turning my current phone into a store and then ordering a new one online wouldn't work for me. It sounds like I'll be able to order a new phone in 5 days and then when I get it I can send the my current phone in. So by next week I should be rocking a HTC 10. :)

No confusion... With the current promo it knocks $120 off the retail price of $624 making it $504. The parameters of that promo require you to do the 24 month Easy Pay option so you end up paying $21 instead of $26 per month. Either way the phone only ends up being $504. Whether it's through the 24 month period or whether you chose to pay the $504 as a "down payment" and pay for the phone outright. When I had placed my order online it was applying instantly.

In my situation when the Sprint store I selected couldn't honor my web order I had to call websales, have them track down another store that still had it in stock. Go to that store. Have them process the order for the full $624.00 plus $30.00 Upgrade fee, plus $53.66 in tax. Grand total $677.66

I chose the easy pay option for 24 months. In store they couldn't get the $120 promo to apply. Making it $26.00 monthly payments. I chose to make a down-payment on the phone even though I wasn't required in the amount of $250.00 and paid the sales tax and upgrade fee. This left only $374.00 left that would have to be paid as easy pay payments. Making the payment $15.59 for 23 months and one payment of $15.43.

I had tweeted Sprint Care about my incident and they said they would take care of me and my troubles and make sure I got the $120 Promo and the waived $30 upgrade fee. So in working with them they applied a credit in the amount of $150.01 (they threw in an extra penny) to my account. Whether that $150 gets applied to my account and used towards my bill or towards my phone either way the total cost to me in the end ends up being $504 for the phone. Or in my case $503.99 thanks to that random penny they credited.

Got mine for $199, $249 minus 50 mail in rebate. 2 year contract renewal, not like I'm leaving Sprint anytime soon lol.

I was just trying to clear up the part in your previous post when you said it was $504 and $26 per month. I was only pointing out that if you get the $504 price then your payment on that is only $21 per month.

Ordered mine on Saturday and was told I'll have it today but recieved an email that it is on backorder and will be 2-5 days before it will ship :(

I really like it...upgraded from the htc One m7. Screen is great, camera lazer focus seams to have trouble indoors at distance, but that could be user error.

I had mine since release date 5/13/16. I also upgraded from the M7. To me, the phone is comfortable to hold but a little on the big side. I have problems hitting the back button with my thumb while holding with one hand. And with a case, the phone becomes huge. Overall I'm loving it, except the size.

i got mine on 5/13 i like it upgraded from m8 if i would just stop hitting power instead of volume down also touch screen is very reponsive

Good to hear. Battery life giving you a good run with moderate use and not having to recharge during the day? Is having to use a different charger a problem at all?
