HTC 10 with aux cable

Hello I use my HTC 10 to play audio to my car stereo via aux cable and I have the setting set to where it pauses the music when disconnected and plays when it's reconnected. When I shut off my car, it shows my phone as disconnected and pauses the music. When starting it up again while the aux cable is still connected the app restarts, plays music for a little bit, but then audio doesn't play at all even though the song is still playing. The only way to combat this issue is to unplug and plug in the aux cable which is inconvenient because I get the loud pop from disconnecting and plugging it back in. Anyone else have issues like this?

I didn't even know that setting was available. I'll try it and see if it works with mine.

Bump. Tried switching thread priority in the setting as suggested by the Dev but still no luck. Requires me to unplug and plug back in to hear through my speakers
