Lets see how long it takes for lawsuits, Apple tries to sue everyone , google, HTC everyone. Now they go ahead and copy the competitors WTF. Google probably wouldnt have cared if they didnt if they didnt try and sue them first. And the lockcreen , come on they barley if any changed the HTC lockscreen.

I dislike apple as much as the next person but how did they copy the HTC lockscreen?

listening to lance ulenoff from PC mag, says weather with lockscreen shortcuts, much like Sense 3.0

I suppose I could semi-see it since the notifications take you to the specific app from the lockscreen but it's still a stretch. Nowhere near as blatant as the notification pull down. And it's amusing at how they're trying market the changes as some groundbreaking feat.

This seems like as good place as any for this tidbit of info that some of you might not know. HTC is one of the very few manufacturers (maybe the only one) who is paying Microsoft a licensing fee on every HTC sold. Including the ThunderBolt. For the use of certain MS technologies. Not sure of which ones. Probably Activesync. I've also heard copy/paste.

ha yeah, ironically there was an article a few days ago saying M$ makes more money from android vendors than they to selling Windows Phone.

Supposedly Microsoft made more money on HTC phones than it did on Windows phones. 150 million. That's according to Tech News Today on the Twit network.

That notification bar is EXACTLY like Android...it cracks me up. Android has had that for what, 4 years now? Apple is so arrogant. The sad thing is most iPhone owners/users have probably never used a Droid (otherwise they'd own one =) ) and so they're probably going get all excited and try to show it off...which will not impress an Android user in the slightest.

Apple cloud come on , they tried to sue amazon for using the name app store now they are using Apple cloud . Wireless syncing come on Android been able to do that , I download apps from my computer all the time and they wireless start on my phone . Twitter integration , HTC sense.
