anyone know why it takes HTC so long to update Sense for the TB or why it is not on the HTCSENCE.com? I know I can always root it worst case scenario...

HTC doesn't normally update only Sense. It gets updated along with the whole OS update. Sense was updated when the GB OTA was released recently.

There is a common problem among developers who use sense 3 in tbolt in which the phone user cannot answer an incoming phone call in the sense 3 lock screen. I bet HTC developers have the same problem. I do currently use a Sense 3 Rom but Sense 2.1 is just as nice...just different. I often switch back to Sense 2.1 ICS is a bigger difference but I doubt we'll ever see it in a stock tbolt. Parts of ICS will appear in custom roms but that's about it imo.
