htc desire 10pro wifI not working

I can't open browser or any other apps except Facebook when l connect to wifi

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the HTC 10 forum to the More HTC Phones forum, because the Desire 10 Pro is a very different phone from the HTC 10.

Do you have problems on any wi-fi network, or only certain ones?

I have no problem with WiFi but l can't open browser or any other apps on my HTC desire 10pro except facebook when am connected to WiFi

Sorry, I was asking if the same thing happens on any wi-fi network, or just certain ones? This can sometimes happen on certain wi-fi networks only. If you have no problems when you're connected to a public wi-fi network, but have issues with your home wi-fi network, then try rebooting your router by unplugging its power for 10 seconds.
