HTC Desire 516 dual sim D516h starts and stuck at black screen displaying time in notificaton bar

I'm using HTC Desire 516 dual sim D516h. It was working very well. It is just shows the HTC logo and then i get a black screen displaying time in the top right corner everytime I turn the device on.

--> This is the first time I'm trying to repair any andriod.

--> I don't know whether bootloader is unlocked or locked.

--> When I try to open the hboot menu by pressing volume Down key+power button till the screen displays the htc logo "powered by andriod", it again goes to the same black screen.

--> Then I've gone to the 'Android system recovery <3e>' by pressing the Power button + Volume up button at the same time. It displays:

No .zip file in sdcard.

Then I've tried 'wipe data/factory reset', But it is printing the following texts.

Then I've tried to restore the data I've backed up some days ago. But it is failed to restore.

What can I do now to make my phone working again?
