HTC Desire 516

Hi All,

Am using HTC Desire 516, Last week it showed battery low and it is switched off, same day i plugged for charging and its not happening.
I have checked battery voltage 2.4V and voltage at battery charger pin is 1.8V is coming.
Can you please help whether problem with battery or phone.

Welcome to Android Central! How long did you plug the phone into a wall outlet before trying to power on again? Leave it plugged in for at least 24 hrs undisturbed before trying to power on again.
