htc desire 601 is stuck on the htc screen

Hey,
so 4 days ago my dad htc was shutting off after like 1 mins into the phone. BUt now when i tried to open it, the phone stay on the htc screen. I've try to recovery, factory reset everything. clear cache, wipe date etc..
The phone is on:
-zara_ul
-HBOOT-8930
-ROGER001
-s-on
-no root
-i dont think i activated usb debugging but when i plug the phone into the computer, the pc make a usb sound.

Your guys are my last hopes.
