HTC Desire 610 apps crash and just reboots

apps keep crashing and keeps rebooting

It sounds as if it's time to reflash the stock ROM (and hope it's not a hardware problem - a good used one would probably be cheaper than a motherboard replacement; back up everything while you still can, because either way - new motherboard or replacement phone - you lose everything that's on this phone).

That phone is almost 6 years old, so it might just be failing. It may be time to look for a more modern phone.

Older stock ROMs can be weird even if their Android version does support whatever apps you are using. Get a new phone.
