HTC Desire 820 is first Snapdragon 615-powered mid-ranger | Android Central

Following on from the Desire 816, launched earlier in the year, the 820 maintains the same 5.5-inch display size and 720p resolution, while cranking the processor up to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 — an octa-core chip with cores at 1.5GHz and 1.0GHz. On top of that there's 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, both increased from the Desire 816.
