HTC Desire 826 earphones not working?

I just got a HTC Desire 826 yesterday (January 6) and after testing the new earpieces, I was trying to find many ways to fix this "problem". The jack looks fine and new, I don't see any plastic on it... What do I do? Please help me D:

I think that u can try another earphone to know if you earset is still working or not. If not, u can contact the #HTCServiceCenter
