Htc desire stuck in kids mode

Went into safe mode and it like my phone is locked up on the kids mode..can not go back..home button does not affect it. Restated phone numerous times...still stuck!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, can you clarify -- is the phone in Safe Mode or Kids Mode? Which exact Desire model is it?
