It seems to boggle my mind that HTC keeps making such great android devices...but there are always only dual-band HSPA!
I do a lot of travelling to Europe and I would like my phone to be able to get 3G there! Do they not get that EDGE quad-band is useless on a data device? We need the high speed! Why would I get an HTC phone if I can't use data (at decent speeds) outside of North America??!
Does anybody know why HTC might do this? I just can't understand it. I want an HTC Android device with tri-band HSPA (RE: 3G in North America AND Europe!). They are the only manufacturer who does not do this...
This excludes the Nexus one. I'm talking about all their new, nice hardware. It's either North America HSPA or Europe HSPA dual-band, never tri-band that works in both. It's kind of frustrating...looking for the logic.
