HTC dinc 2 stuck on HTC screen.

Hello anyone! My HTC dinc 2 crashed nd couldn't turn on anymore. It gets stuck at the white HTC screen. It's an S-OFF device and a refurb. I haven't tried anything yet. I hear i have to load and rename a file to my SD card, but i can't get access to the file. I hope i can be assisted. Many thanks in advance!
