HTC Evo 4G: How to Enter recovery after you see the red caution sign

hello i recently talked to an htc representative and i just found out how to load up recovey after seeing the red "!" icon as you see below



Step 1: turn off phone completly be sure fast boot is off

Step 2: once phone is conmpletly off, pree the Power+VOL Down buttons to load up the bootloader.

Step 3: let it load a bit then pres the Vol Down button to select Recovery

Step 4; once click you should see the red icon "!"

Step 5: briefly press the Power+VOL Up butoons together and let go the recovery should load up and there you go

whatever you do is your desicion your welcome guys
