HTC EVO 4G LTE - Storage Partitions with Cyanogemod

Hi all,

I'd like to root and flash my Evo to Cyanogen 10.1, but one thing is hanging me up. The Evo's storage is split into two partitions on the stock image - does Cyanogen preserve this, or does it unify the storage into one partition?
