HTC Evo Camera/Battery Issues?

Often when I use my camera on the HTC Evo, and I think it's mostly when I use the flash, the phone freezes then restarts with a low battery warning. This just happened again, but when I went to take the photo I had at least half battery left. Any ideas on what is going on or how to fix it? It's a newly replaced phone, I haven't done anything funky, but sometimes had the same problem on the one I replaced too. Two Evos, same problem... Surely I'm not the only one with this issue?
