So I bump charged my HTC Extended Battery when I received it yesterday. With normal use I used 2 of the 10 bars during 19 hours. I just had a reboot. Go figure. This sucked another battery bar down so 3 are now gone. However, the length of time without charging is incredible. With my regular battery I was looking at 5-8 hours on average before I had to charge it. I am VERY happy with this extended battery. Hopefully the case comes in soon too (backorder).
These are the best photos I can take using mirrors here at work:
Per the Verizon rep in regards to my reboot issue, I was told that they will replace my phone with a refurb.. I'll post the chat shortly:

info: Thank you for contacting Verizon Wireless. My name is 'Shana', how may I assist you?
Shana: Good afternoon, Rick. How can I assist you?
Rick: Hey Shana. I installed an HTC extended battery yesterday in my HTC Thunderbolt. Within the past 24 hours I've had several reboots. I updated the OTA firmware 2 weeks ago as well.
Shana: I am very sorry to hear that. Just to clarify, when you mentioned reboots, do you mean that the phone turned itself automatically?
Rick: That is correct, it restarts automatically.
Shana: Ok. Did you have this problem before you inserted the Extended Battery?
Rick: Yes, it did this several times with my regular battery as well.
Rick: Before & after the OTA firmware update.
Shana: Ok. For security purposes, may I please have your billing password?
Rick: Sure
Shana: Thank you very much! Please allow me a few moments to review your account.
Shana: Thank you very much for your patience. Since you have the current software version installed and are still having issues with the phone rebooting itself, we may need to replace the handset. Since you are still within the one-year manufacturer warranty, we can replace the phone with a Certified Like-New handset of the same make and model at no charge.
Rick: Okay, is this possibly a refurb piece? I've seen several refurbs arrive in subpar condition to guys on my Android forums. I've received refurbed phones under warranty as well in the past and have had nothing but problems with them as well. I'm just leery going to another one.
Shana: I understand. This would be a refurbished handset, as your warranty does not replace the phone with a new one. Please keep in mind, before a handset can be considered as a replacement unit, they do go through a 100-point inspection with our warehouse.
Rick: Understood. Thank you, Shana. Can you document my account on this? I'd like to do some research prior to having a refurb unit sent. I'll check back if I decide that that's the best route to take.
Shana: Absolutely.
Rick: Okay, great. Thank you very much for your help today, Shana. You have a great day.
Shana: Thank you very much and you as well! Do you have any other further questions or concerns I may assist you with?
Rick: Nope, that'll be it. Thanks again!
