HTC Increadible to LONG?

Just wondering if anyone else thinks that the phone is too long. I think they have put to much space above and under the screen. Just wanted to know what you guys think.

Nope, I think the size is just fine.

It gives you somewhere to put your thumbs so they don't cover the screen when its turned sideways.

It's definitely longer than the Storm I was using however I am anxious to put it next to my brothers ifail er, phone tonight. It's prob just a new feel for you. Give it some time and it will become comfortable to you.

I think the pictures make it look longer than it actually is. In person it looks fine and I can understand why they needed to make it as tall as they did to accommodate the buttons and optical trackpad. Who knows, maybe they could have made it a tad shorter without the trackpad.

well just looking at it I think I wll probably keep it for 30 days and trade in for the Evo cause its wider but probably just as long cause looking at videos it definatelly doesn't have all the uselles space, but I do love how thin it is.

well I thought in pictures it didn't look to long its now that I picked it up that I'm holding it that I think its to long, oooh and I don't know what all this fuss is about being sold out cause I walked into my best buy and they had 6 in stock.

Droid Incredible is 4.63 inches tall. Iphone 3GS is 4.50 inches tall.

I actually think it's the perfect size, I always felt my last BB was too wide for comfortable one handed use. I have about avg hands too, Med/Large for most gloves

why do people feel they have to bring the iphone into this conversation right away, plus your point is uselles cause .13 inces in a phone for size is a big difference. This is a Android forum so please screw the iphone as nobody was talking about the iphone.

Frustrated much? I'm pretty sure there was nothing meant by that. They were just trying to give some comparison based on a popular, well-known phone. I'm pretty sure most people are familiar with how big an iPhone is. For those who haven't held an Incredible and only have seen pictures, it gives a good reference. Please chill out. Thanks.
