I tried switching into different mode disk drive or HTC Sync and none of those mode can be recognize by the computer , I also tried check the box USB debugging and still nothing changes , so my friend said that it's because of my after-market USB cable which took all night long for 60% charge and it's only a charging cable not data transfer cable , so what do you guys think ? and please help me out..

That sounds like one of these
1) Partially or improperly engaged usb cable most likely at the micro slot. Another cable brand may have a slighly mishapen plug resulting in an overly snug fit which feels fully engaged but needs to be pushed further in. I had this happen with a mini usb cable on my sansa clip. It would charge because the outside voltage pins were making some contact, but the inside data pins were not. Only after about an hour or two did I realize that the plug needed to be muscled in a bit further.

2) Just a bad usb plug or cable

3) Inadequade usb slot on the front of an older or low-end desktop (This is a notorius problem)
