You will not get anything back from HTC or who ever the report is being sent to. This is just sharing a data log of what the app was doing when it quit working and why it quit working. They use this for future development.

With that said, open your app drawer, long press your Internet app, drag to top of screen and hold over App Info then let go. Once new page opens, clear the app cache. Try app now, if still no good, redo steps above and wipe data.
