Hi all, I'm having some annoying issues with my HTC One! If anyone can help a brother it would be much appreciated.
TV Sense: TV programs no longer display the time they are starting and I am unable to schedule a reminder when my TV show comes on.
Mobile Data: 95% of the time when I leave my house and the phone looses its WiFi signal mobile data does not turn on. I go into settings and turn it on and off and it says "cannot turn on mobile data because of limited service" or something along those lines. Even though I have full bars. Restarting the phone usually fixes it. Also when I have my phone in my pocket without using it for prolonged amounts of time the mobile data turns off and the only way to make it work again is to restart the phone.
Random crashes: I understand that obviously apps crash from time to time, but several built in apps or features, such as the camera refuse to open sometimes. It gives a little message when I click the camera icon which says "cannot launch camera".
Body: This is quite trivial, but for the money I paid and since I chose this phone over the S4 because of its sleek, metal body, I expect it to not have gaps etc... I have noticed a small, but noticeable crack at night on the bottom right hand side of the screen where a bright white light comes out, it seems the screen is not properly aligned with the body of the phone? Trivial, but annoying.
Does anyone have suggestions to fix the errors?
I have already spent too long with HTC trying to fix the TV Sense feature, after several attempts "yes, seems like its faulty. I've let the team know, but you'll just have to put up with it". Clearly not good enough when that is one of their main features on their site as to why I should choose HTC over other phones.
