HTC M4 - The Mini ONE --Shipping with Android 4.2

HTC M4 brings One style, sensibility downmarket

I'm mostly interested that they say it will ship with Android 4.2, which probably implies that the full scale ONE can't be far behind on receiving it, or will between now and the mini's release. Outside that I don't know if there is anything too stellar about it.

Good read. I believe 4.2 is coming soon but for some reason...some reason....I think it's a typo. BUT! I have been wrong before. A lot. I gotta go to work.....NEED MORE COFFEE...!!!

This phone is like a godsend for those that want a smaller phone. I wanted something like this, but now I'm loving the bigger screen again.

4.2 coming with the device is a good sign for current One owners. Updates should start being pushed within a month. Sucks though it'll be around the time the next Android update will be announced

Expandable notifications are a part of 4.1, which the One already has. It's more about the under the hood updates, lockscreen widgets, and Quick Toggles.

Ahh yes. My fault. They definitely aren't taken advantage of in 4.1 like they are in 4.2. The Nexus 4 has a much more interactive notification area than the One currently does.

Lockscreen widget....you mean DashClock?
