HTC M7 - return to factory

I Have Team win recovery on the phone and it is rooted. I wish to return it to stock. Can some one tell me how to do this step by step as I am not hot on this subject.

I have fastboot.exe and RUU_M7_UL_K44_SENSE55_MR_HTC_Europe_4.19.401.9_R_R adio_4A.23.3263.28_10.38r.1157.04L_release_353069_ signed_2-1.exe on my pc so what are the steps to get it back to factory and not showing tampered?

Yes, but not having a good understanding they just sound like gobbledygook

Which is the point really. Rooting and whatnot requires you to have a decent cop-on regarding ROMs, etc. I'd be wary of going near it unless you spend a bit of time getting to understand the gobbledegook.
I think the android community takes the whole thing a bit gun-ho tbh.
