HTC M8 Email Question

I just trade an S5 for the HTC M8 so I new the HTC.. How do I make the Email app Delete Emails from server when I Delete them from the Phone?

I believe it's POP..

It's a @live.com email

I think that you have to change the settings from the Email account itself, and not from the app.

Add account & make it IMAP. You will then have all the options you are looking for plus retain the folder structure. POP will work but will not give you all the features.

Thanks, but even with the setting delete from server it never would on POP

I Changed the Account to IMAP and without changing any settings it now deletes from server/// Thanks alot this was bother me alot lol....
