HTC M8 frame band peeling

Hi guy,
After twenty days of "normal" use, the aluminum strip between the volume button and the screen turns off and waves.
HTC customer services contacted, again and again, no response.
If someone can give me an opinion about the reliability problem of this very expensive phone listening, thank in advance.

I would contact the carrier or go into one of their stores and dont take no for answer, leave with a new phone.
