I am trying to carry out a full data transfer from my HTC M8 to a HTC M9.
I have followed the instructions by going into my HTC M9 > settings > get content from another phone > HTC Android phone > full transfer and then when I click NEXT the following error message is displayed
'Transfer my stuff has stopped unexpectedly. Would you like to send an error report to HTC? This will help us improve our products'
I have switched off the phone, but same message appears.
Can someone please help me find away around this or is there other ways to transfer my data to my M9?
