HTC M8 wont boot and wont flash new rom

Hello guys

Need your help please. Just got an unlocked HTC One M8 a few says ago. Today I tried to install a Custom Rom (S-ROM) with no luck. Installation seemed to go OK but after optimizing apps the phone just rebooted and I'm stuck now. The phone will not boot and will only get to the boot screen and then turn off. I can access TWRP only when plugged into my computer. I have tried cleaning cache, reset to factory default with no luck. Also, I have tried flashing another ROM with TWRP but while doing it it crashes and the phone turns off. I even tried to restore a backup I made before flashing the S-ROM but TWRP also crashes while restoring it.
Any help woud be greatly appreciated.
