HTC M9 Battery life

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and I just want to know if my phone works fine.

So I charged it up to 100% I watched HD videos on youtube while listening to music and my brightness was half way up. Also I didn't use power saver.
Then I listened to radio and managed my contacts. After that I downloaded Super Sonic from play store and played it for 10 mins. Later I searched on google play and downloaded Plants vs Zombies 2 (around 450 mb) my phone was connected to wi-fi the whole time. I played PVZ 2 for about 20-30 mins and now my battery is on 68% after 2 hours and 25 minutes.

App usage:
Youtube 20%
PVZ 2 16%
Contacts 15%
Google Play 13%
Sonic Dash 7%
Android OS 15%
System Android 15%

My question is this normal? Thanks in advance

You really think so? I'm new to flagship phones and I really don't know a lot about battery things but I do understand that with snapdragon and no power saver it will drain more baterry also it's FHD screen.
Is your battery draining similar to mine or? thanks in advance

Also the temp in my room is 25+ since outside it's like 33+

I'm not really a heavy user once I pass the new toy stage I don't see a problem. I didn't hear you complain about heat

That sounds about right. Specially with the video watching.

That's quite a bit of use with the screen on, so I'd say it sounds about right. Both playing games and watching video tend to run the battery down faster than most other tasks.

So you used roughly 1/3 of your battery and are probably pretty close to 2 hours screen on time, if not past it. I would be happy with that.
