HTC M9 Frustrating issues!

Hello there all I'm just wondering if anyone is facing the same issues as me I loved the look off this phone but it's giving me so much trouble I wish I stuck with my old device, It keeps randomly cutting the phone on whilst speaking to family and friends if it isn't doing this it mute's itself self and refuses to unmute so have to end call and re dial and a few days ago I had someone ring me I couldn't hear them as the volume was turned down and this now keeps randomly happening on top off the other issues! Please someone help

Welcome back! What do you mean that it "randomly cuts on" while speaking? Do you mean that it cuts the call off?

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-20834

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

Hi there ! yes I meant the phone cuts off the call no idea why I wrote on I shall try the safe mode tomorrow and many thanks for the help!
