Does anyone know of a way to have all post from one feed marked as all read, or do I have use another app?

Unfortunately not, but you can download google reader from the market as it has this ability.

Also, you can log into your gmail account on a computer and then hit the 'reader' link at the top (HTC news syncs with this automatically) and you can mark all as read from there.

You can also just scroll through all the rss feeds super fast to clear them real quick

So lots of workarounds
