HTC One 4.3 transparent home screen bar?

Hi,

I heared one of the 4.3 and Sense 5.5 features that the home screen bottom bar become transparent. I just updated and it's transparent only in the lock screen, once I'm in it's black again? Is there an option to turn it transparent or it's just a silly update from HTC like the previous ones.

You have to set it. Go to settings - > Display, gestures and buttons - > home and select 'swipe up for Google now, press and hold for menu'.

After doing this the solid menu bar is gone and you have to hold a long press the home button for menus. To go to Google now you must swipe up the home button.

Ooh, excuse me! Didn't catch the Home Screen bit! My brain went straight to the menu thing!
