Doesn't seem to be any changes outside of some minor icon changes. Mainly security fixes and under the hood changes it seems.

I don't have 4.4.3, so I can't say for certain, but you may be able to find it in Settings -> Personalize -> Home Screen. Change it from HTC BlinkFeed to Easy Mode.
