Htc one awake all the time

[AC Question]

Hi guys i have htc one phone and i had a quick battery draining problem before aswell.my phone used to be awake all the time even when i was not using it at night.i got phone updates few days ago and problem was solved.but now again my phone is awake all the time and use alot of battery.
Can anyone help me plz wats going on with my phone.
Any help would be greatful

Do you have the developer options switched on? There's an option in there that tells the phone to never sleep. It might be that you've switched it on accidentally.

The wording will be slightly different depending on which version of Android you have but generally it'll be called something like 'Stay Awake'
