I'm curious as to the gloves.. What is "special" about them.. Are they white gloves used for inspections? Is there such a thing as phone inspection gloves?

What I mean by special gloves is like soft gloves I just said special gloves so you guys wouldn't think they're regular gloves .Thanks thou some of you guys did give me some good insights but I just felt like saying what I felt.

I recently bought an HTC One in black from at&t and I used special gloves to unbox them like I do for all my phones but as soon as I picked up a flashlight and started examining it I saw a number of tiny circular scratches on the sides, everything was perfect and clean but the sides I'm a big HTC fan I had the HTC Evo 3D, HTC One S, and the HTC Droid DNA. But the One S and DNA had the same issues they were perfect but the sides had these marks after normal use sometimes fresh out of the box this enrages me so after the One I'm done with HTC.

I am guessing you said this same spill to ATT customer service about how you open the box with special gloves and how you always do it with new phones etc..

I hope you realize that makes you sound like a basket case and I am sure it didn't help you in your effort for a replacement or compensation.

Your hands aren't going to scratch a phone out of the box.. and acting as if you wear gloves to unbox your phones to me would send off red flags that you are trying to cover something up if I was the ATT rep.

I'm putting on my "special" soft gloves and inserting new batteries in my "special" flashlight and going to inspect my toast.

DAMMIT!!! I found flaws in my Sunbeam toast!!! That's it, I'm switching to Nature's Own...wait...screw it...it has flaws too!! I'm not eating anymore. All my food has flaws!! I will feed myself through a tube. Wait...DAMMIT!! The tube has tiny swirley scratch marks...I give up....SHOOT ME!!!!

I agree wholeheartedly. I'm 100% against bullying. But this is hardly bullying. Having some innocent fun at the expense of someone's OCD regarding something as innocuous as wearing gloves to hold a cell phone? That's fair game.

i know what you mean but come on some people are like that they ware gloves because of OCD i know someone who dose this and its really bad i wasn't meaning it to sound harsh i just don't like the fact that this sound and looks like bullying weather people say it is or not and my grammar aint upto date either due to me having dyslexia
