HTC One bricked, may be able to rescue but need help

Hi all,
I have bricked my HTC One through a moment of absolute stupidity and need some help to try and get it back. I had the phone unlocked and rooted and had SentinalROM installed however was having trouble trying to wipe the SDcard back up. Going off advice I found on Google I wiped the usual things such as caches however I also wiped the system drives and now there is isn't anything on the phone to load. I can get ADB to recognise my device although nothing actually happens when I attempt a transfer. Its the same with ADB side load although I have seen SentinalROM appear in the /0/ directory after attempting a transfer (it doesn't install as it is corrupt or incomplete). If anyone can give any guidance I would be appreciative. Thank you.

Yeah, I transferred with ADB. It seemed like it was just hanging I needed to wait a few minutes. Thanks for looking in.
