Htc one bricked need help!

I was messing around with TWRP and I think I wiped the system data out

If I turn on the device, it just shows the white background with HTC logo on it.

If I press the power button and the volume down button, I can go into Fast boot mode and TWRP.

My computer can recognise the device as "Android 1.0" with the sound notification of USB device connection,
but I cannot put any files into the phone.

I tried to download RUU file but i could not find any links, and I am not even sure whether RUU can resolve the problem.

I live in Australia and I got it from Vodafone

Any solution? Please help!

If you can get into the recovery you can always use adb sideload to get the rom on the phone
