Is there any way to refresh the music in the player as some apps I use to download don't seem to go in the all songs list

Try rebooting the phone.

I've found that the music app only looks in certain files. I have or have had a few music apps that the player doesn't see. I just got a file manager like Astro and moved them to my main music folder. Something you could try would be to rename the folder the files are in to Music and see if the player will find them. The problem with that plan is the app putting music there may remake the folder with the name it prefers. Alternately you could try going into the app and seeing if you can redirect the music to your Music folder. I've had several that would allow me to do that, but they were on a different device.

HTC Sync Manager! I use it with my Laptop and DeskTop and it syncs fast and working great!
