I am really enjoying the camera on my HTC One! I have been very happy with how well the camera performs at default settings...I rarely have a missed shot! I could not say that for my Galaxy S2X!

Thanks!! I enjoy photography and my regular shooter is an Olympus PEN E-PL2...Micro 4/3rds system. I am very impressed with the shots I can get from the HTC One! I can usually make it do just want I want...and generally I dont have to do anything to get the shot...It rarely misses! And best of all...it is with me all the time!

By the way if you want to upload shots directly click the "Go Advanced" button below the posting box and then scroll down to the attachment manager which allows you to select files to upload. It is a bit of work but it is nice to see the pics in line with the comments, especially as some of the linked sites are blocked at peoples work (such as mine).

Yes, that is the thing, having it always with you.

I have a SonyRX100 that can fit in my pants pockets, which is great, but it is not really practical to always have it on me. The phone just is.

I really don't understand the "hate" for the quality of this camera!! I love it.

Nice shots!

I think the hate is in regards to some blurryness in the images; however, the patch should fix this (when the US gets it)
