Hi all,

Got my HTC One the other day and enjoying it so far!

I have a question about the spacing between the Facebook and Twitter (small) widgets. Is it by default that they cannot be resized? It seems that the small Twitter widget won't budge anymore to the top of the screen and won't allow any other widgets to sit just below it. Please see screenshot.

No idea what you can do unrooted but I know once rooted I am able to resize apps completely and even overlay them if I want. Unsure if that is from MoDaCo or novalaucher though

Resizing home screen icons would be nice

You can resize those widgets with nova launcher and you don't need to be rooted. I am not sure about other launchers but their probably the same way.

I use Android Pro Widgets (free version) for sms, Twitter and Facebook on un-rooted, stock Sense and each widget is resizable.

Another vote for Android Pro Widgets! As you can see, you can also change from that UGLY white theme and add some transparency.

Seems ever since Twitter went holo, the widget sizes got messed up on some phones or launchers..

Small widget has become 4x2 instead of 4x1, while the large one has become 4x3.. hence the spacing you see.

Solution? No idea, use another app I guess until Twitter fixes it...
