Hi guys,

I had an HTC One with a faulty battery which been replaced with a new one, but there are some differences between the 2 HTC one I've got, I don't know which one is right or I should return this one too.

The one I've returned, the volume button on the right side was flat with the body, and the power button a bit popin up of the body.

But the one I have now is opposite, the volume button is popin up and noticeable even for the look, and the power button is flat with the body and it's really hard to press.

Please if you have HTC One, let me know how is it regarding those 2 things.

Your volume rocker should be flush with the side, and the power button flush with the top. They should not be popping up or pushed in.

Sent from my HTC One using Mobile Nations mobile app

Oh :( so my volume button isn't right.. I don't know how many times I should replace my HTC One :(

The power button and volume rocker are both slightly raised from the surface on my phone. It's perfect that way so if you aren't looking at the phone or it's dark you can run your finger along the edge and feel the button. Keep in mind I'm only talking about a slight difference in the surface levels. Neither button is protruding out.

My volume rocker is more than slightly raised and looks like is a manufacturing problem, I returned it for fixing.

Advice: for those who living in UAE, never buy a mobile from Carrefour, they are all seems to be used and repacked with problems, that's my second HTC ONE, the first one has a battery problem, and now waiting for a third one.
