HTC One Gallery after 4.2.2 update

I have recently updated my HTC One to 4.2.2 but since doing this my gallery doesn't open up on the tiles page now, it just goes straight to the albums page, so no highlights etc.

Click where it says albums and select events.

That doesn't work. Yes your albums are all listed but what about ones Flickr friends photos etc.. ?
