HTC One gets stuck on "hTc" screen. please help!

So I just got a bone stock htc one verizon.
I rooted it using weaksauce, then got s-off using firewater.
Everything is good so far.

I then flashed CWM recovery in fastboot.
When I went into recovery mode, CWM says:
"E: Cant open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last-log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last-install"

I did not back up my stock ROM.
Then I flashed a kitkat ARHD Rom, it flashed but in the end when I rebooted the device, it said that I did not have root access, and asked me if I wanted to root it, so I clicked on Yes, then the phone rebooted.

Then it just got stuck on the hTc screen longer than I know it should.

I have tried to reflash the Rom, and reflash a jb ARHD Rom (these are the only 2 ROMS in my storage drive.
And the same thing happens all the time.

I able to go into bootloader, and fastboot, and recovery. What can I do from here?

Use TWRP recovery and try that

Also have you checked the MD5 hash of the zip. it might be a bad download
