HTC One Google Edition - Manually update failed. please help!

I got to #9 then "set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed Installation abort". Now my phone *only* boot up to system recovery. Please help!

Did your device meet all the following..

A few prerequisites...

• You'll need a Google Play edition HTC One running 100 percent stock Android 4.3 firmware — build JWR66Y.H1 — check under Settings > About phone > Build number.

I have done some reading and those who were stock but ROOTED with a custom recovery ran into some troubles. I'm not 100% certain but I believe it was making sure those who were using a custom recovery to flash the file needed to update to the most current CWM or TWRP.

Yes, my phone has the build JWR66Y.H1 and that's why I decided to do it. Now, the phone comes up with the Android with the red exclamation mark above it and the words "No Command. Error" below it. The only thing I can do is to press the volume up and power button to go in to the main "Android system recovery" Menu. I can't even turn the phone off. I try to connect to my computer and ran "adb devices" but it returns with no device found. I downloaded a copy of the RUU-HTC_One_GE-3.06.1700.10_Rooted.zip file. Please help me flash it to my phone.

So I found a RUU zip file for 4.4 and successfully fastboot flash it. The Build Number is a little strange: "KRT16S.H5 release-keys". I'm not sure what the additional "release-keys" means. Would someone who actually get the upgrade OTA tell me what the Build Number is after the upgrade?

That is my build number as well. Not sure about the "release keys" part but I've noticed it's been on previous versions of Android HTC phones.

I received the OTA update and have release keys in build number.
