HTC One Google Edition - Phone stucks at System Recovery

I tried to do the manual Kitkat up grade for my HTC One Google Play Edition. Everything went fine up to I select the zip file, then after a while, it gives me error "set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed" then "Installation abort". Now my phone *ONLY* boot up to the System Recovery screen. How can I fix the problem? I've also tried to sideload the zip file but the adb command don't see the phone. Please help!!!
