HTC One GPE Small Issue

I converted my T-Mobile into a FULL GPE a while back ( more than two months), but I've noticed something weird with 4.4 and 4.4.2. My wallpaper changes every time I restart/ turn off the phone. Has anyone else seen this, or am I one of those few. Also, is this a cause for concern. Please let me know, its not an issue to just change it back, but I'm also not sure if its a prelude to something else.
